Winergy Australia facility approaching completion

A lot has happened since our last blog post about the new Winergy Australia facility. Our team has been diligently working to complete the work at the new facility. Work is also underway in transitioning from our old workshop to this new facility.

The ongoing work reflects our commitment to strengthen operational capabilities, but also our dedication to serve our Australian and other APaC region clients with leading Service360 knowhow!

Journey to a state-of-the-art facility

Several milestones have been achieved since our last update.

Equipment fit-out: The workshop is being fitted out with an advanced racking system for logistics, and the test-bench installation is progressing well.
Occupational Certification: All necessary certificates have been secured, ensuring a safe working environment for our team. Our goal is nothing less than a zero-accident work environment.
IT Infrastructure: The necessary network and security solutions are now in place for operations to start and function reliably.
Office Fit-Out: The final touches are going in. In fact, staff is already starting to move in!

Our Melbourne facility is not just a change of address; it represents a strategic enhancement of our capabilities in wind turbine drivetrain service. With a local test bench, we are poised to deliver industry leading Winergy Service360 solutions to our clients. This aligns our goals to be at the forefront of the renewable energy industry in Australia, and the provide global wind turbine drivetrain service knowhow, locally.

A solutions-oriented environment

A conscious decision was made with the design of the offices to bring the shop floor and office space as close together as possible. Employees and guests get to enjoy both the Australian sunshine, as well as a direct view to the action at the workshop level.

Having the office directly attached with the workshop is of great importance to us, as we believe that service staff throughout the organization need to be close to each other to promote a fast and solutions oriented working approach.
